Pelvic Dance Classes

  • Is an authorial project that consist in the study of dance and body awareness focused on the pelvic movements.

    Passing through twerk, Brazilian funk and somatic practices, we are going to activate our creative energy and connect with our intimacy and joy.

  • A massage session based on the Ayurveda and with some influences of miofascial release techniques.
    A transformative experience that promotes relaxation, balance and a deep connection to the body and self.

  • Ayurvedic massage adapted for pregnancy.

Doula Services

  • Assistance during pregnancy, birth and/or postpartum.
    Based on scientific evidence, I provide informative, emotional and physical/practical support for the client and their family.

    • Postpartum assistance
      20€/hour
      (flexible price for more hours per week)

  • 650€

    Includes:

    • 3 pregnancy sessions

    • 24h on call service since week 37

    • labor and birth support

    • 1 postpartum session

“Hi, I am Luiza Cascon aka LUA. I am from Rio and currently live in Lisbon. I am a multidisciplinary artist, a creative soul that loves to be either on stage or behind the scenes organizing and manufacturing the magic!

I work as a massage therapist and as a doula I give assistance to pregnant people and their families during pregnancy, birth and postpartum.

In 2020 I created the project Pelvic Dance: an holistic and fun class based on studies of body awareness and pelvic movement.

My desire is to continue to create spaces for the community and to share experiences of joy and connection.”
